During your teenage years, your body is going to change — that’s a fact. These changes will affect how you play sport. You’ll grow taller, stronger, and experience hormonal shifts that impact your energy, focus, and motivation. It can feel tough at times, but these changes are completely normal. With time, patience, and support, you’ll adapt and continue to enjoy and improve in the sport you love
Injuries suck — plain and simple. There’s no way around it, but they happen to everyone. If you play sport long enough, you’ll miss time because of an injury. ICONS isn’t here to teach you how to stretch or avoid injuries — we’re here to help you stay positive, keep doing the work, and know that your teammates have your back. You’ll be back on the field in no time.
