I’ve missed too much.

Family dinners, birthdays, the nights with friends that matter more than I ever realised.

There have been times I’ve felt I’ve let everyone down and moments where the sacrifice has weighed heavy. But through it all, I’ve come to understand something important: my biggest supporters are always there for me.

Your friends and family are the ones backing you the hardest, celebrating the wins, carrying you through the losses & believing in you - before anyone else did.

My Body & Injuries

My body is changing, and sometimes it feels uncomfortable - growing, adjusting, learning to cope with new rhythms.

Then suddenly - bam - an injury hits. A week, a month, maybe even the whole season on the sidelines. It feels so isolating and sometimes I wonder if I’m still apart of the team, if my teammates will welcome me back - or if they miss me at all on the team?

Lean on the people around you - family, friends, coaches, teammates - makes all the difference. They’ve been through it too, and their support helps you push through, heal, and come back stronger.

Building Resilience

Building resilience means facing the challenges head-on, even when the distractions and outside pressures pile up.
